Talent Acquisition Manager Job Description

At TASQ Staffing Solutions, we are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic recruitment plans to attract top talent and meet the staffing needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruitment Strategy: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates and meet the staffing needs of our clients.
  • Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing channels, including social media, job boards, and employee referrals, to identify and attract top talent.
  • Interviewing and Selection: Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to select the most qualified candidates for our clients' positions.
  • Onboarding and Orientation: Develop and implement effective onboarding and orientation programs to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Provide regular reporting and analytics to our clients on recruitment metrics, including time-to-hire, source of hire, and candidate satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Minimum of 6-8 years of proven talent acquisition experience, with 1-3 years of experience as a supervisor in a high-volume, high-growth recruitment environment.
  • Skills: Proven knowledge of human resource law, practices, and procedures, as well as effective written and oral communication skills.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
