Job Title: Department Head for Integrated Waste Management Facilities

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Department Head to lead our Integrated Waste Management Facility (IWMF). This individual will oversee the daily operations and long-term strategy of various IWMF projects and sub-departments, ensuring operational excellence, budgetary efficiency, regulatory compliance, and performance accountability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive efficient operations at all IWMF sites and sub-departments, collaborating with internal teams to optimize resource allocation, meet project timelines, reduce operational costs, and achieve company-aligned results.

  • Evaluate and validate budget requests from reporting units to ensure alignment with organizational priorities.

  • Support cost control measures while maintaining productivity and long-term sustainability.

  • Organize and lead regular performance review meetings and emergency coordination sessions with IWMF teams.

  • Foster interdepartmental collaboration to drive accountability, resolve operational concerns, and ensure timely delivery of results.

  • Maintain, update, and ensure the accuracy of operational documents.

  • Ensure full compliance with ISO, OSH, and SOX standards and maintain audit readiness at all times.

  • Monitor real-time performance of all departments and ensure timely corrective actions are implemented.

  • Prepare and submit weekly performance reports to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Business Management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).

  • At least 10 years of progressive leadership experience in waste management, logistics, utilities, or a related industry.

  • Strong background in operations, budgeting, and performance management.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex, multi-site operations.

  • Excellent communication, organizational, and decision-making skills.

  • Familiarity with ISO, OSH, SOX, and other relevant standards is highly preferred.

  • Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools; SAP knowledge is a plus.
