Job Summary

This role involves providing timely resolution to pending, unpaid and incomplete transactions through phone and email. The ideal candidate will be able to assist the Operations Group during system unavailability and coordinate with other branches for efficient processing of transactions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Resolve customer queries in a professional and courteous manner
  • Assist Operations Group in managing offline transactions and ensuring smooth business operations
  • Collaborate with other branches for prompt resolution of payout concerns
  • Update transaction records accurately and securely store returned 24K cards
  • Prepare Certificates of Transaction as required by Operations Group or external clients
  • Communicate effectively with Partners and Branches regarding issue resolutions and updates
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must possess a Bachelor's degree in Business and be willing to work flexible hours, including night shifts. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
