  • One of your main responsibilities will be to review lesson plans for standards alignment and IEP goals, ensuring that all educational content meets the highest quality standards.">
  • You will also be responsible for using data and assessments to inform instruction and drive student growth.">

  • ">
  • A bachelor's degree in special education or a related field is required. Three years of experience working in K-12 special education settings is also necessary.">
  • Proven coaching and professional development facilitation experience is essential. You should be able to communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels.">
  • Candidates should possess expertise in Universal Design for Learning (UDL), Response to Intervention (RTI)/Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS), Social Emotional Learning (SEL), accommodations/modifications, and behavior supports.">
  • Data literacy and proficiency in Google Workspace/Zoom and listed edtech tools are also required.">
  • Prior experience working with ELLs, trauma-informed practices, and culturally responsive teaching methods is a plus.">
  • Familiarity with OASIS software is highly desirable.">
