Business Insights Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Business Insights Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will leverage data to create solutions that drive business growth.

The ideal candidate will be able to analyze complex data sets to develop actionable insights and work with stakeholders to make informed decisions. Your skills in data analysis and preparation, including use of statistical methods and handling large data sets, are essential to this role.

Responsibilities:
  • Analyze complex data sets to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Translate data into actionable insights that drive business decisions.
  • Work with business partners to interpret analysis results and develop next steps.
  • Develop ad hoc reports and collaborate with the data visualization team to create informative reporting.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in data analysis and preparation, including SQL, Python, R, or other programming languages.
  • At least one year of hands-on experience building reports using Power BI, Tableau, QlikView, or similar tools.
  • Effective communication skills; ability to convey thoughts clearly in writing and verbally.
