Residential Plumbing Quality Assurance Professional

As a Quality Control Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing licensed plumbers in the field and ensuring quality control before work progresses. You will act as the technical gatekeeper—flagging issues, clarifying scope, and ensuring standards are met.
This role involves managing and reviewing numerous plumbing work orders daily across residential sites. You will evaluate contractor reports, photos, and videos for accuracy, identify incomplete or inaccurate bids, and coordinate with contractors to resolve issues.

Key requirements include 3–5+ years of hands-on residential plumbing experience, Master Plumber certification or equivalent, strong diagnostic skills, familiarity with common residential plumbing issues, and clear communication skills for technical discussions.
Benefits- $800–$1500/month based on experience.
- Annual bonus up to $1,500, including a $500 bonus at 90 days.
- 13th-month pay.

- 16 days of PTO annually.
- 3–5+ years of hands-on residential plumbing experience.
- Master Plumber certification or equivalent.
- Strong diagnostic skills with ability to assess work via photos, videos, and notes.
