Job Summary

We are looking for a dependable and experienced Subcontractor to provide, lead and manage skilled construction workers across a variety of residential and commercial projects.

The Subcontractor will be responsible for delivering work that meets all project specifications, schedules, and safety standards.

This position requires strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills to ensure high-quality results and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide and oversee a team of construction workers assigned to various projects
• Ensure all work is performed in compliance with safety regulations and applicable building codes
• Delegate tasks based on each worker's skills and qualifications
• Track project progress and adjust schedules as needed to meet deadlines
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with the main contractor or project manager
• Coordinate the procurement and management of necessary materials, tools, and equipment
• Resolve on-site issues promptly and effectively to minimize disruptions
• Conduct inspections to ensure all work meets required quality and project standards
• Maintain accurate records of labor hours, materials used, and overall project progress
