Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, including hotels, resorts, architects, and interior designers.
- Identify client needs and present tailored solutions from our product offerings.
- Conduct product presentations, technical demonstrations, and site visits.
- Prepare and follow up on sales proposals, quotations, and pipelines.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with the team to organize events, presentations, and promotions.
- Ensure excellent after-sales service, addressing client concerns and inquiries promptly.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related course.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Sales and negotiation expertise.
- Effective presentation and product demonstration skills.
- Time management and organizational skills.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and proactive.
- Problem-solving and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of the hospitality or outdoor furniture industry (preferred but not required).
