Real-Time Operations Manager

A Real Time Analyst is a vital position that plays a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our call center.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring queues in real-time, identifying potential risks, and taking proactive measures to mitigate them. This includes:
- Monitoring service level performance at interval levels against planned AHT, Aux, and Shrinkage.
- Correlating non-adherence at Consultant level with intervals.
- Making real-time call outs on performance and staffing levels to floor supervisors for appropriate action.
- Coordinating offline activities and preparing EOD performance analysis reports.
- Following up on callouts and ensuring corrections are made to improve productivity performance.
This role requires strong leadership skills, the ability to take initiative, and effective communication skills. The successful candidate will have a minimum of three years of experience in a call center environment, basic knowledge of MS-Excel, and understanding of call center KPIs such as AHT and Service Level.
