This position combines creative thinking with leadership, working collaboratively to organize the team, manage resources and time costs, and produce innovative works meeting high standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Management: Communicate with colleagues and clients to understand their needs and provide efficient solutions.
  • Work with planners to develop communication strategies as needed.
  • Lead projects undertaken with senior copywriters.
  • Comprehend communication strategies through briefings, and generate innovative ideas with copywriters and other creatives.
  • Produce design drafts for teams and clients based on different channels.
  • Manage production costs effectively.
  • Main visual execution force, responsible for quality control.
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills when collaborating with others.
  • Pasionate about emerging tech knowledge, share information with colleagues, and provide inspiring ideas.
  • Proficiency in mainstream design software.
  • Responsible for creative recognition at local and international awards competitions and business growth.
