We are seeking experienced professionals to join our team as Solution Innovators. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for empowering insurance companies to create a seamless digital experience for their clients. This role involves leveraging technology to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and provide strategic guidance on solution architecture
  • Work closely with product managers to ensure alignment between client needs and solution design
  • Oversee the architecture approach during solution deployment in collaboration with delivery managers
  • Explore creative solutions to identify effective technical approaches

The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of professional experience in solution architecture design and delivery roles in the insurance vertical, with exposure to multiple lines of business. Experience in delivering cloud-based technology solutions in an enterprise environment is essential.

Requirements
  • At least 6 years of professional experience in solution architecture design and delivery roles in the insurance vertical
  • Experience in delivering cloud-based technology solutions in an enterprise environment
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to collect business requirements from corporate clients
  • Strong ability to build value propositions and solution documents, including business cases for corporate clients
  • Relationship management experience with corporate clients

Certification in one architecture discipline (TOGAF, Zachman, etc.) is highly valued, as well as certification in one cloud environment. Proficiency in English is required.
