Private Equity Fund Accountant Position

We seek an accomplished Private Equity Fund Accountant to provide accounting services, manage transactions, and generate financial reports.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering expert accounting services to private equity fund clients, handling transaction preparation and processing, and creating comprehensive financial reports for review.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage transaction preparation and processing for private equity fund clients
  • Generate accurate and compliant financial reports
  • Provide timely responses to client inquiries
  • Review calculations for fees, including management fees, capital calls, distributions, carried interest, and waterfall structures
  • Coordinate investor communications, including notifications for capital calls and distributions
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • An internationally recognized accounting certification is highly valued
  • A minimum of 6 years of accounting experience, particularly in private equity
  • Familiarity with various accounting standards, including IFRS and US GAAP
