Financial Operations Specialist

We are seeking a skilled accounting professional to strengthen our financial operations.
This role offers a unique opportunity to shape our finance function from the ground up and work closely with our founders, gaining exposure to the fast-growing recruitment industry.
Key Responsibilities- Improve QuickBooks Online configuration for our entity, including chart of accounts, bank feeds, and automation rules.
- Manage and automate accounting tasks such as reconciliations, accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll and reporting.
- Migrate existing financial tools from Excel/Google Sheets into an automated reporting app for two entities, including cash flow reports and balance sheets.
- Solid accounting and bookkeeping skills.
- Digitally savvy, with ability to streamline processes and leverage automation tools.
- Excellent Excel and/or Google Sheets skills (formulas, pivot tables, dashboards).
- Hands-on, detail-oriented, proactive about process improvements.
This freelance role is part-time, remote, and suitable for a mid-senior level professional.
