Senior Financial Operations Specialist

This role involves overseeing end-to-end financial processes, ensuring timely and accurate accounting for a company. The ideal candidate will have expertise in accounts payable and receivable management.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage all aspects of accounts payable and receivable to ensure efficient processing.
- Reconcile financial statements to guarantee accuracy and detect discrepancies.
- Oversee collections processes, including credit approvals and vendor payments.
- Develop effective cash flow projections to ensure financial stability.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to refine financial policies and procedures.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in accounts receivable/payable, auditing, or financial reconciliation.
- Expert-level knowledge of financial reporting, reconciliations, and compliance.
- Proficiency in enterprise-level accounting software such as QuickBooks Enterprise, Xero, or SAP.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- 100% remote work arrangement.
- US work hours (20-40 hours per week).
