We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Manager to drive innovation and growth in our organization. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing high-impact marketing campaigns that support new product launches, regional initiatives, and sales motions.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop campaign briefs, frameworks, and timelines in partnership with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure each campaign aligns with business priorities and delivers measurable outcomes against strategic objectives.
- Collaborate closely with demand generation, brand & communications, customer success teams, and sales teams to build cohesive, persona-aligned campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and conversion throughout the buyer journey.
- Build campaign-ready assets that support full-funnel execution including landing pages, sales outreach sequences, customer case studies, website copy, and video scripts.
- Monitor campaign performance in real-time, identify opportunities to iterate, and scale successful motions with repeatable playbooks, standardized briefs, and campaign calendars.
Essential Qualifications:
- 4+ years of B2B marketing experience leading full-funnel campaigns across global markets and diverse personas from development to execution.
- Strong collaboration skills and cross-functional experience working with demand generation, creative, sales, and customer success teams.
- Advanced proficiency with HubSpot and other marketing automation platforms.
- Demonstrated success leading product launches and building repeatable campaign frameworks aligned to business goals.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing strategic thinking with tactical execution in a fast-paced environment.
