We are seeking a skilled Sourcing Specialist to join our team. This individual will play a crucial role in identifying and engaging with potential candidates across various regions.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing innovative sourcing strategies, leveraging advanced techniques such as Boolean searches and social media recruiting, and maintaining a robust pipeline of qualified candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to identify top talent within diverse industries.
  2. Utilize expertise in HR technology systems and sourcing tools to streamline the recruitment process.
  3. Maintain open communication channels with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless integration with current and future job openings.
  4. Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates through proactive market mapping and talent pooling.
  5. Stay updated on regional employment trends, compensation practices, and competitive intelligence to inform strategic decisions.

Requirements:

  1. 3-5 years of experience in talent sourcing, with significant expertise in the US and LTAM markets.
  2. Proficiency in HR technology systems and expertise in using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders at all levels.
