Business Intelligence and Automation Leader

Establish a dynamic team environment that fosters collaboration, innovation and excellence. As a Supervisor Business Intelligence and Intelligent Automation, you will lead the daily operations of a team supporting automation development and assist the operations manager in meeting and improving team service level, productivity, and efficiency.
Responsibilities include:
- Direct the team in completing project-based assignments to deliver automated processes and achieve operational excellence.
- Guide the team in designing, developing, and implementing custom solutions for the automation of existing or new processes using Intelligent Automation tools.
- Oversee the full life cycle of an automation solution, identify automation opportunities, gather requirements, develop, test, and deploy automation solutions.
- Ensure service level agreements are met and exceeded.
- Plan, assign, and direct work for employees in cooperation with the manager to manage workloads and projects.
- Train new hires and ensure they have sufficient knowledge and skills before performing their work independently.
- Coach employees to enhance performance and encourage participation in decision-making.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a similar field.
- At least 6 years of relevant work experience in the IT software development field.
- Experience leading a small team or work group as an ad hoc, temporary, stretched, or developmental assignment.
- Strong understanding of leadership roles and responsibilities.
- Proficiency in SharePoint, Power Platform, Power BI, and automation tools, with expertise in Agile, Scaled Agile, and Waterfall methodologies.
- Skilled in web and software development using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, ASP.NET, C#.NET, and SQL Server.
