Job Opportunity: Subject Matter Expert

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing expert support and guidance to our marketing assistants. Your role will involve troubleshooting issues with various marketing tools, creating how-to resources and SOPs, and collaborating with other teams to improve our systems.

This is an excellent opportunity to work remotely and be part of a dynamic team that prioritizes people, process, and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing expert support and guidance to marketing assistants via internal chat
  • Troubleshooting issues with marketing tools such as Canva, ClickFunnels, ActiveCampaign, Klaviyo, Shopify, and others
  • Creating how-to resources and SOPs to plug recurring knowledge gaps
  • Collaborating with other teams to improve our systems and prevent repeat issues

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing or a related field
  • Excellent written communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to explain complex concepts in simple terms
  • Strong attention to detail and process-oriented thinking
  • Familiarity with at least 5 of the following tools: Canva, ChatGPT, ClickFunnels, ActiveCampaign, Klaviyo, GoHighLevel, Shopify, Mailchimp
