Job Overview

We are seeking a Product Strategist to lead our product development from start to finish. This critical role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure the product meets company goals and objectives, while driving innovation and success.

Responsibilities
  • Align product strategy with overall business objectives by working closely with stakeholders and engineers.
  • Create and maintain the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with company goals and customer needs.
  • Analyze user data and customer feedback to identify product solutions and opportunities for improvement.
  • Present product development ideas to stakeholders and proactively update them on progress.
  • Create product specifications and user stories, and work closely with engineering and business teams to ensure requirements are clearly defined and understood.
  • Manage the product backlog and prioritize items based on changing requirements.
  • Plan and execute AB tests to optimize product performance and user engagement.
  • Improve the product delivery process by embracing agile principles and methodologies.
  • Counsel and mentor other product owners and team members to develop their product management skills.
  • Achieve a deep understanding of the product and track key metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 4-5 years of successful experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager (or similar role)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects, and adapt to changing requirements.
  • Proven experience delivering data-driven solutions with a strategic mindset.
  • Strong project management skills, including task prioritization and timely delivery.
  • Familiarity with software engineering principles and processes.
  • Solid background in delivering software applications or improving existing ones.
  • High degree of proficiency in prototyping and growth-focused development.
  • Deep understanding of UX principles and psychology.
