Remote Nursing Home Billing Specialist

We are a dedicated team committed to delivering top-tier support to long-term care facilities across the country.

As part of our growing remote operations, we're seeking a proactive, detail-oriented individual to join our billing and collections team. This professional will be responsible for managing insurance billing and collections for assigned facilities, reviewing and processing claims with high accuracy, investigating and resolving billing discrepancies in collaboration with payers and facility staff, maintaining billing records and documentation in compliance with regulatory standards, and utilizing billing software and tools to ensure efficient workflow.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage insurance billing and collections for assigned facilities.
  • Review and process claims with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies in collaboration with payers and facility staff.
  • Maintain billing records and documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Utilize billing software and tools to ensure efficient workflow.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in insurance billing and collections, preferably in a long-term care or nursing home setting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts.
  • Fast learner with adaptability to new applications and tools.
  • Must meet the technical and professional standards demonstrated by our current remote team members.
