Product Development Role

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing product development projects from concept to delivery, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality outcomes that exceed customer expectations.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to effectively prioritize tasks and manage multiple project streams simultaneously.

Additionally, the candidate should have strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively engage with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver outstanding results.

Key qualifications include:

  • Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in product management or related roles within SaaS, tech, education, or similar sectors.
  • Deep understanding of agile development methodologies and sprint planning, with skilled experience in backlog management, QA workflows, and timeline management.
  • Ability to coordinate across engineering, design, and leadership teams to ensure alignment and effective delivery of product initiatives.
  • Experience working with remote teams, with a strong ability to manage capacity, prioritize tasks, and drive accountability without micromanagement.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills, with a proven track record of setting realistic delivery expectations and collaborating with senior leaders to align roadmap and goals.
  • Initiative-taker, independent worker, comfortable in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with the ability to manage multiple priorities with limited oversight.
  • Comfortable working with culturally diverse teams, with experience collaborating with global teams valued.
