We are seeking a passionate and technically proficient professional to lead engagement across our online communities. This role requires a unique combination of strong community-building skills and deep technical knowledge of broadband technology, network infrastructure, gaming hardware, smart home devices, and digital communication tools.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Foster Community Engagement: Actively participate in forums, social media channels, and online groups to build strong relationships, encourage user interaction, and grow a loyal community base.
  • Provide Technical Expertise: Leverage your knowledge of broadband technology, Wi-Fi systems, routers, mesh networks, gaming hardware, smart home devices, and modems to guide and support users.
  • Simplify Technical Concepts: Translate complex technical information into clear, easy-to-understand content that educates and informs the community.
  • Educate on Products & Services: Share knowledge about broadband plans, packages, and features to help users choose solutions aligned with their needs.
  • Technical Support & Troubleshooting: Provide assistance with basic configuration and setup issues. Escalate complex cases to the appropriate technical teams when needed.
  • Create Educational Content: Develop FAQs, how-to guides, technical articles, and other resources that support community learning and problem-solving.
  • Stay Current & Advocate for the Community: Keep up with the latest technology trends and industry standards to deliver timely insights. Serve as the voice of the community, sharing feedback with internal teams.
  • Subtle Product Promotion: Share promotional content in a helpful, value-adding way that enhances the user experience without being overly sales-driven.

The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience in community management, digital marketing, or a related technical role, with a deep understanding of broadband technology, Wi-Fi networks, routers, mesh systems, and relevant consumer hardware. They will be able to explain complex technical topics in an engaging and accessible way, manage online forums, social media communities, or digital platforms, and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.

This is a mid-senior level, full-time position in the telecommunications industry. The successful candidate will be a collaborative team player with a passion for technology, innovation, and helping others navigate digital solutions.
