About This Role

This is a key position within our organization, responsible for crafting and executing customer-centric strategies that meet the diverse needs of our customer base.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop innovative proposals across various customer segments, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer value proposition.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to translate propositions into product features and experience design, defining go-to-market strategies to achieve overall business objectives.
  • Partner with external vendors to acquire skills, systems, and services that enable us to deliver defined propositions to key customer segments.
  • Analyze performance metrics, identifying and addressing performance gaps to ensure the company meets its long-term business objectives.
Key Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Commerce, Finance, or equivalent.
  • At least 5 years' cumulative working experience in Banking, Insurance, Telecommunication, eCommerce, or equivalent industries; with at least 5 years' experience in managing high-performing teams.
  • Strong leadership skills, entrepreneurial mindset, highly flexible, and adaptable to changing business needs.
  • Highly influential, collaborative, organized, and resourceful individual with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
