Key Responsibilities
  • Utilize strategic thinking for effective communication plans for promotions and corporate activities, advertising campaigns, corporate events, and digital media plans.
  • Conceptualize and execute compelling content across all touchpoints, liaising closely with the PR and Social Media teams.
  • Develop and implement integrated communication strategies, working closely with Creative teams to develop cohesive brand assets that resonate with the target audience.
  • Ensure timely delivery and manage schedules for the creation, delivery, and rollout of all promotions, especially promotional materials, both online and in-store.
  • Maintain effective working relationships with creative and media agencies, providing clear briefs, setting expectations and timelines, and constant communication to ensure high quality and timely deliverables.
  • Formulate social media strategies to market the organization's brand.
  • Ensure that campaigns are in line with the company's marketing plans.
  • Meet targets by examining competitor activity, improving brand awareness, and presenting status and progress reports to upper management.
  • Supervise the company's activities across social media channels.
  • Create appealing content or delegate content creation tasks.
  • Develop and supervise social media and digital marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor and report social media performance.
  • Set goals to measure project success.
About You
  • Bachelor's degree in Business/Communications/Advertising/Marketing.
  • 5 years solid experience in brand, communications, and campaign management.
  • Knowledge in digital and print campaigns across platforms.
  • Working knowledge of Social Media and PR, including effective use of media in terms of cost and return.
  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
  • Strategic and creative thinker with a 'can do' attitude.
  • 3 years experience of handling people.
  • Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office and Apple software.
