Strategy, Content & Campaign Development
- Oversees day-to-day execution of the marketing strategies and programs to promote Pioneer insurance products to online customers.
- Works with the Digital Marketing Team for the development of content for all social media accounts.
- Initiates planning of campaigns and strategies that will generate fan engagement, visit to the Pioneer website, and online sales.
- Planning and creation of content from conceptualization to execution of materials such as images and videos (Short-Form Video Content – FB Stories, Reels, YouTube Shorts, TikTok Videos).
- Must create and implement moment marketing/trendjacking content.
Project Management
- Working primarily on Facebook (Meta) and Google Ads.
- Coordinates with Pioneer digital marketing team and concerned parties to manage content on the site which can be beneficial from the marketing point of view (e.g. target market, brand proposition, customer experience, etc.).
- Ensures that agreed projects or next steps are delivered in a timely manner and that they are always in line with the set metrics, parameters, quality standards, and/or objectives.
- Assesses the appropriate measures needed to develop reports on the performance of programs and campaigns as well as propositions for strategies and approaches.
- Keeps himself/herself abreast of relevant market technology, industry trends and competitor developments as input to Business Units as well as the conceptualization of marketing/sales campaigns.
- Liaises with Pioneer designated Marketing personnel to implement actionable strategies based on thoroughly reviewed and processed data.
Online Brand Promotion & Advertising
- Identifies online advertising platforms (Facebook, Google AdWords, Blogsites) to be tapped for brand promotion.
Media and Public Relations (PR)
- Develops and implements sustainable traditional and non-traditional PR and media campaigns that maintain/strengthen the brand.
- Helps increase the organization's press and media coverage by coordinating with PR Agency and including PR campaigns in the content calendar.
- Monitors releases/placement of the company as well as its competitors.
Others
- Participates actively in the Performance Planning & Appraisal (PPA) process in accordance with the PPA policies and procedures.
- Participates in action planning for the unit.
- Performs other duties as necessary in meeting the objectives/mission of the unit and/or as assigned by superior.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
Qualifications:
- Graduate of a bachelor's degree course with at least 3 years combined experience in marketing, visual communication, video and graphic design, with strong knowledge and understanding of digital marketing in general.
- Agency experience is a big plus, preferably for Social Media Specialists and Artists.
- Social media savvy with significant presence on various social networks and online communities (Facebook groups, Twitter, Pinterest, YouTube, etc.).
- Preferably adept in MS Office, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, popular CMS backend programs (Joomla, WordPress, Tumblr, Blogger), Sony Vegas (or other video editing software).
- Background in copywriting and events management.
