Key Responsibilities:

- Serve as the primary liaison between clients and the project team, ensuring clear communication.

- Develop and implement quality assurance processes to ensure deliverables meet client specifications and standards.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve issues and implement improvements.
- Evaluate project performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing best practices.
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance project outcomes and drive innovation.
- Participate in pitch presentations and brainstorming sessions, providing support and insights in project management.
- Assist in preparing presentation materials and communicating ideas effectively to internal teams and clients.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to creative operations and project management.
- Participate in training programs and workshops to enhance skills and knowledge in operational processes and tools.
- Collaborate with team members to share insights and best practices for continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Experience in digital marketing, advertising, creative, or technology industries is a plus.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace tools is preferable.
- Detail-oriented with good organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Ability to work independently in a remote work setting.
