Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized professional to fill the role of Leasing and Social Media Coordinator.

This is a full-time position that requires excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and proficiency in Excel and basic computer programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • As the primary point of contact, you will schedule apartment showings, follow up with tenants, and respond to inquiries via various channels.
  • You will manage and update social media accounts with relevant content, create engaging posts, monitor engagement, and respond to comments or inquiries.

Requirements:

  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Proficiency in Excel and basic computer programs (Google Docs, Microsoft Office, etc.).
  • Comfortable working remotely and handling tasks independently.
  • Experience with social media platforms is a plus.
  • Prior experience in real estate leasing or property management is a bonus but not required.

Working Conditions: Full-time, Monday to Friday.
