Creative Content Developer

We're seeking a highly skilled Writer-Editor to develop and enhance written content for college applications.
This role plays a significant part in crafting compelling essays, providing detailed feedback, and emphasizing clarity, style, and structure.
- The Writer-Editor will collaborate with the College Admissions Team's Consultants to brainstorm essay direction, provide student feedback, and edit rough drafts to fix grammar, clarity, style, flow, structure, and word count.
- Depending on the student's interest and profile, the Writer-Editor will conduct research on various topics to strengthen their work.
- Writer-Editors are expected to support team members with drafting, brainstorming, augmenting, and reviewing, particularly for assignments with urgent deadlines.
This position requires a high level of skill and flexibility, including researching diverse topics, communicating logistical needs with other team members, and organizing completed assignments for clients.
We do not allow the use of AI tools as AI-generated content will automatically disqualify a student's application. If the Writer-Editor is found to be using AI tools, termination is effective immediately.
