Senior Content Creator - Captions Team Lead

We're seeking a highly skilled and creative Senior Content Creator to spearhead our captions team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. As a key member of our content creation team, you'll play a crucial role in shaping the voice of our brand across multiple models and platforms.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of crafting compelling and engaging captions that drive subscriptions, interactions, and fan loyalty. They will also possess excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills, as well as the ability to adapt tone across multiple personas or brands.

Key Responsibilities:

Caption Creation:

1. Develop high-converting captions for a range of content.

2. Ensure each caption reflects the unique voice and brand of the assigned model.

3. Optimize language to drive engagement and conversions.

Model Voice Profiles:

1. Partner with content leads and creators to build tone guides for each model.

2. Train team members on adapting to specific voices and maintaining consistency.

Captioning Systems & Workflows:

1. Develop and refine SOPs for caption creation, review, and scheduling.

2. Collaborate with QA to ensure all captions meet quality and brand standards.

Content Calendar & Coordination:

1. Align with schedulers to ensure timely delivery of captions.

2. Anticipate high-traffic content periods and prepare accordingly.

Requirements:

1. At least 2–3 years of professional copywriting experience in social media or creator-based platforms.

2. Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.

3. Experience adapting tone across multiple personas or brands.

4. Proficiency in tools such as Google Workspace, Notion, Asana, Zoom, and WhatsApp.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Experience in digital marketing, creator economies, or fan engagement industries.

2. Background in Communications, Journalism, Creative Writing, or Marketing.

3. Previous exposure to adult-themed content (in a professional or agency setting).

4. Experience in remote team leadership and fast-paced content production cycles.
