Solar Design Specialist Role

This position involves providing technical support to both sales and installation teams by ensuring solar designs meet customer needs, company standards, local, state, and national regulations.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Design and create 3D models of homes using aerial imagery and web-based software applications.
  • Create custom proposals to demonstrate expected panel layout and solar energy production to customers.
  • Support the sales team in successfully closing new deals with customers.
Key Requirements:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required for this role.
  • Experience with designing and constructing solar electric systems is preferred.
  • Familiarity with residential electrical and roofing codes, as well as National Electrical Code and local building codes, is beneficial.
