Job Description

The Cash Handling Associate role at Phil-First Human Resources and Services (FHRS) Inc. is a dynamic position that requires excellent customer service skills, proficiency in cash handling procedures, and the ability to multitask.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Accurately operate the cash register and process transactions with minimal errors.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, greeting customers warmly and assisting with product selection or store policies.
  • Promote sales and special offers to enhance the customer experience.
  • Manage cash drawers, reconcile cash at the end of shifts, and report discrepancies as necessary.
  • Assist with restocking shelves and maintaining store displays to ensure products are readily available.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in Cashiering.
  • Computer Literate.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Previous experience in retail or customer service is a plus.
  • Basic math skills.
