Job Title: Skincare Sales Representative

Description

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic sales professional to join our team. The ideal candidate is a skincare enthusiast with excellent communication skills and a passion for building long-term customer relationships.

You will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective clients, taking orders, answering customer service questions, and maintaining regular contact with existing clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cold Calling: Reach out to medical spas, independent plastic surgeons, dermatologists, and licensed estheticians to introduce them to the products.
  • Customer Service: Answer product questions, provide excellent customer service, and take phone and email orders.
  • Client Check-ins: Conduct monthly check-ins with existing clients to maintain relationships, ensure customer satisfaction, and identify upselling opportunities.
  • Order Management: Process and manage incoming orders, ensuring timely and accurate handling of customer requests.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A passion for skincare and familiarity with professional skincare products.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • A warm and friendly demeanor.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
