Job Responsibilities- We collect and verify insurance certificates from carriers to ensure compliance.
- I accurately enter, update, and manage carrier data in our systems.
- Reviews of carrier insurance coverage are conducted to ensure legitimacy.
- Data discrepancies are identified and corrected to maintain accuracy.
- I communicate with insurance representatives via phone/email to confirm details.
- Digital records and compliance files are organized and maintained.
- Collaboration with team members is essential to meet deadlines and support process improvements.
- A high school diploma (additional certifications in data entry/administration are beneficial).
- Experience in data entry, compliance, or administrative roles is preferred.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams) are required.
- Excellent typing speed, accuracy, and organizational skills are necessary.
- I am detail-oriented, dependable, and able to manage tasks independently.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
- Knowledge of database management is an asset.
