Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Your Go to Recruiter. The successful candidate will provide exceptional support to our staff and clients, ensuring seamless and positive experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage office tasks, including filing, generating reports, and setting up meetings.
  • Provide real-time scheduling support by booking appointments and preventing conflicts.
  • Make travel arrangements, such as booking flights and hotels.
  • Screen phone calls and route callers to the appropriate party.
  • Use computers to generate reports, transcribe minutes, and conduct research.
  • Greet and assist visitors.
  • Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, email, and mail.
Requirements
  • College graduate of any 4-year business course.
  • 2 years of administrative experience.
  • Excellent computer skills, especially typing.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Multilingual may be preferred or required.
  • Desire to be proactive and create a positive experience for others.
