Operations and E-Commerce Specialist

As an Operations and E-Commerce Specialist, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you can apply your skills and experience to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Platform Management: Oversee day-to-day operations on Shopify and Amazon, including product listings, inventory updates, pricing adjustments, and order processing.
  • Social Media & Funnel Marketing: Assist in building and optimizing marketing funnels, integrating campaigns with social media platforms to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions for coffee products.
  • Business Development Support: Work closely with the founder to set up and streamline business processes for a newly launched coffee brand and distribution arm.
  • Financial Planning: Maintain accurate sales, expense, and revenue records; reconcile transactions; and support basic bookkeeping and financial reporting tasks.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate across multiple operational areas, including marketing, sales, logistics, and customer service to ensure cohesive brand execution.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2.5-5 years of hands-on experience in e-commerce operations, preferably within the coffee, beverage, or food & beverage industry.
  • Proven proficiency in managing Shopify and Amazon Seller Central, including familiarity with product upload, optimization, and reporting tools.
  • Understanding of social media marketing strategies, funnel building, and digital advertising techniques to support product awareness and sales.
  • Basic to intermediate bookkeeping skills with the ability to manage financial records and reconcile accounts.
  • Strong ability to quickly learn and apply new skills across different operational areas in a startup environment.
  • Exceptional time management, attention to detail, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.
