Japan Market Development Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Japan market development specialist to join our team at Neocareer Philippines. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, as well as identifying new business opportunities in the Japanese market.
About the Role
This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for someone who has experience working in sales within a manufacturing company. You will be responsible for managing customer relationships, developing and executing sales strategies, and working closely with our production and technical teams to provide optimal solutions for customer requirements.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute sales strategies to meet assigned sales goals
* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, including regular communication and follow-up
* Identify new business opportunities in the Japanese market, through market research and analysis
* Collaborate with our production and technical teams to provide optimal solutions for customer requirements
* Manage the order process, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality products
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
* Proficiency in Japanese language (at least N2 level)
* Experience working in sales within a manufacturing company
* Willingness to work on-site at Neocareer Philippines
Benefits
