Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Financial Operations Specialist to join our team at ICareerup, Inc. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes.

Main Responsibilities

• Receiving and processing invoices, updating AP Monitoring, and ensuring accurate and timely payment.
    • Uploading invoices and delivery receipts into Xero, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
    • Compiling and reviewing all invoices due, checking Statements of Accounts (SOAs) from suppliers, and identifying any discrepancies or issues.
    • Printing checks and 2307 forms, updating check monitoring, and releasing BIR 2307 as required.
    • Filing vouchers and payment details, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
    • Filing invoices and delivery receipts, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
    • Managing disbursements and receipts, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
    • Maintaining petty cash log books and monitoring petty cash levels, ensuring accurate and timely replenishment as required.
    • Updating monitoring and asset tagging, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
    • Overseeing inventory counts, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
    • Encoding stock taking cards, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
    • Attending external audits, providing necessary information and support, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
    • Participating in required trainings, maintaining knowledge and skills, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements

We are looking for a highly skilled and organized individual who possesses the following qualifications:

• Graduate of BS Accountancy or related field;
    • At least 2 years of related working experience in a manufacturing company;
    • Knowledgeable in A/P and A/R functions;
    • Excellent English communication skills;
    • Computer literate;
