Job Description

The Business Systems Analyst is responsible for optimizing the tools, systems, and workflows that drive operations.

This role involves turning complexity into clarity, enabling teams through technology, and continuously improving the way we work.

The ideal candidate will have experience configuring and improving collaboration and process tools such as Jira, Confluence, HubSpot or similar platforms to support workflow automation and operational efficiency.

They will also have hands-on experience using reporting and analytics tools like Microsoft Power BI (or equivalent) to build dashboards, track KPIs, and generate insights that support data-driven decision-making.

The successful candidate will be able to design, configure, maintain, and continuously improve company-wide tools to support scalable operations, including user enablement and documentation.

They will also collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, streamline workflows, and ensure alignment with business goals and operational standards.

Additionally, they will assist with change management efforts and cross-functional projects related to tooling, automation, and process optimization.
