You'll be at the forefront of our client experience, the first point of connection between clients and our powerhouse team of attorneys ready to fight for them. You'll be the welcoming voice that not only answers client inquiries but also builds genuine engagement, laying the foundation for a trusting, lasting relationship.

What You'll Do Every Day
  • Represent us with warmth and professionalism, making potential clients feel supported from the moment they call.
  • Manage incoming calls from prospective clients, answering their questions with clarity, providing guidance, and scheduling consultations with our attorneys.
  • Partner with our internal teams to coordinate appointment setting and follow-up, ensuring a seamless, tailored client experience from start to finish.

Qualifications
  • Proven sales experience in a call center environment is required.
  • We are looking for candidates with exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal, to ensure effective collaboration with our diverse team and stakeholders.
  • This is a remote position, so candidates must have a reliable laptop or PC, a high-quality headset, and high-speed internet with a backup connection in place to maintain productivity.
