We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team and contribute to the delivery of high-quality software products.

Job Responsibilities
  1. Craft comprehensive test plans that ensure rigorous testing of our software products, guaranteeing a seamless user experience.
  2. Identify, document, and replicate reported issues for effective resolution, minimizing downtime and ensuring business continuity.
  3. Collaborate with customer service teams to swiftly pinpoint bugs and enhance user satisfaction, fostering a positive brand image.
  4. Update internal documentation consistently, ensuring it reflects the latest updates and changes, promoting knowledge sharing and expertise development.
  5. Report performance issues and work towards enhancing the overall user experience, driving business growth through improved product quality.
  6. Actively participate in company-led improvement programs and initiatives, embracing a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Graduate of any four-year course;
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with a strong analytical mindset;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams;
  • Familiar with using apps on mobile and web, with a basic understanding of software testing methodologies;
  • Strong customer service orientation, assertiveness, and confidence, with a passion for delivering exceptional user experiences;
  • Openness to learn and adapt to new software testing methodologies, including automation testing.
