We are seeking a Customer Success Manager to drive quantifiable value via our products and services.
Key Responsibilities- Develop customer success plans with key stakeholders, ensuring alignment on goals and objectives.
- Conduct regular customer meetings to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Partner with sales, services, and partners to ensure seamless execution of opportunities.
- Lead commercial discussions, analyzing data to make informed decisions.
- Identify revenue opportunities and lead generation initiatives.
- 7+ years' experience in customer-facing roles or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Foundational knowledge of customer success in SaaS industry, HR tech, or Payroll industry.
- Excellent communication skills in English, written and verbal.
- Proficiency in using MS Office, Salesforce CRM, or similar tools.
