Customer Service Ambassador

This role involves being the first point of contact for customers, providing assistance with inquiries related to cancellations, bid adjustments, booking amendments, profile updates, and post-service feedback.

You will work closely with both customers and service providers to ensure a seamless experience and maintain high standards of service. Your key responsibilities include managing event and relationship cancellation tickets, reviewing and processing short-term cancellations, applying cancellation fees, and informing providers of the fee.

Additionally, you will handle requests for changes to existing bookings, confirm changes with customers via email, and process profile update requests.

Key qualifications include excellent communication and problem-solving skills, ability to work under pressure, and strong customer service skills.
