Job Title: Training and Development Specialist

Job Description:

As a Training and Development Specialist, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and overseeing training programs to enhance the knowledge and skills of employees.

The ideal candidate is passionate about learning and development, has excellent communication skills, and can deliver impactful training that aligns with company goals.

Responsibilities:
  • Assess current training and development systems.
  • Develop new training programs and implement training measurement tools.
  • Identify training needs and provide recommendations on programs and activities.
  • Maintain records of trainings conducted and training assessment results.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of training programs for new employees.
Requirements:
  • Educational Background: Graduate of any Engineering course.
  • With background or relevant experience in Training and Development.
  • Work Experience: Any experience in HR Training.
  • Skills and Knowledge:
  • Learning Management System (LMS) – Familiarity with training platforms or e-learning tools.
  • Project Management – Skilled in planning, scheduling, and executing training plans.
  • Time Management – Can handle multiple training sessions and deadlines effectively.
  • Reporting & Documentation – Tracks attendance, certifications, and generates reports.
