Public Relations Professional
You are the bridge between our organization and the public. Your ability to effectively communicate with various stakeholders is crucial in shaping our reputation.

We recognize that you are new to the industry, and this role offers a unique opportunity for growth and development. As a Public Relations Professional, you will be responsible for managing our media relations, crafting compelling stories, and building strong relationships with key influencers.

Your key responsibilities include:

Media Relations
  • Create engaging press releases, company backgrounder, spokesperson biographies, media invitations, etc.
  • Pitch stories and interactions to key media personnel
  • Stay up-to-date on new media trends and their potential impact

Market Knowledge
  • Conduct research, design surveys/questionnaires, and analyze data to inform business decisions
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of clients' industries, key players, challenges, and opportunities
  • Stay informed about market trends and competitor activity

Account Management
  • Built strong relationships with clients through regular communication and support
  • Deliver client reports and updates as agreed upon
  • Maintain a database of media contacts, editorial calendars, and conference schedules

Reporting and Accountability
  • Diligently complete client reports on time and in accordance with established formats
  • Monitor and analyze media coverage for clients and competitors

Influencer Relations
  • Build and maintain relationships with key influencers and media professionals
  • Identify and engage with relevant thought leaders in the South East Asian region

Requirements
  • A minimum of one year's experience in Public Relations or related field
  • Excellent presentation skills, confidence, and strong communication abilities
  • Strong research skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • A positive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow
