Lead QA Project Manager

We are seeking a Lead QA Project Manager to oversee and guide our Quality Assurance initiatives. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing cross-functional projects, coordinating with multiple stakeholders, and utilizing AI-powered tools to streamline processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and track internal QA projects across multiple pods.
  • Coordinate execution for cross-pod initiatives that require tight collaboration.
  • Work closely with the QA management team to gather updates, escalate risks, and remove blockers.
  • Establish lightweight processes to keep stakeholders informed.
  • Actively utilize AI tools to automate updates, streamline status reporting, and manage project artifacts.
  • Serve as the point of contact for planning and communicating key deliverables, timelines, and dependencies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of experience in program/project management, preferably in a QA or engineering environment.
  • Background in QA, test automation, or engineering.
  • Experience working in a SaaS or tech company.
  • Proven experience managing cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Self-starter with a proactive mindset and attention to detail.
  • Experience using AI tools to improve workflow and task management.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies, Jira, and Confluence.
