Business Development Representative Job Description
">This role involves working as a key part of the sales team to identify and qualify new business opportunities. Reporting to the Manager of Business Development, the successful candidate will be responsible for vetting and qualifying inbound leads in a timely manner.

- Vetting and qualifying inbound leads from marketing efforts, including contact sales forms, event leads, and downloads of marketing collateral.">
- Responding to inbound leads in accordance with defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and lead management protocols.">
- Sourcing and engaging contacts at enterprise accounts via cold calling, emailing, and social outreach.">
- Conducting research on potential clients to personalize outreach and identify key decision-makers.">
- Generating qualified leads that are accepted by the sales team in the CRM system.">
- Meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly lead quotas.">
- Navigating conversations to uncover business needs and position solutions effectively.">
- Logging activity and maintaining detailed notes in the CRM system.">
- Communicating key findings to the Sales and Marketing teams to refine solution positioning.">
Required Skills and Qualifications
">The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, technical selling abilities, and objection handling expertise. They must also be able to ensure pipeline hygiene, prioritize tasks effectively, and customize emails efficiently.
