Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Business Partner Network Officer to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be fluent in English, and have the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced complex environment.

This role involves conducting market research, drafting service agreements, maintaining existing networks, and providing accurate and timely information to clients.

The successful candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Law, International Studies, or Business Management, and will be flexible, proactive, and attentive to details.

In this role, you will work closely with Global Relationship Officers to establish cooperation with Third Party Service Providers (TPSPs) and ensure proper documentation of all TPSP transactions.

You will also administer pricing calculations and provide support to Mercator RFP teams for pricing proposals and other related inquiries and concerns.

Responsibilities
  • Market Research: Conduct thorough research on potential TPSPs, gathering relevant information on jurisdictional governments, economies, legal systems, and other data used for sound selection.
  • Service Agreement Drafting: Assist Global Relationship Officers in drafting and negotiating service agreements to establish cooperation with TPSPs.
  • Network Maintenance: Collaborate with Global Relationship Officers to maintain existing global networks of TPSPs, ensuring seamless interactions and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Issue Resolution: Conduct root cause analysis to understand circumstances surrounding client concerns and assist Global Relationship Officers in resolving TPSP-related issues and complaints.
  • Documentation: Ensure accurate and timely documentation of all TPSP transactions, including renaming and uploading agreements into SharePoint and updating relevant databases.
  • Client Support: Provide accurate and timely information to Mercator client servicing teams and other Citco lines of business regarding service agreements and cooperation with TPSPs.
  • Pricing Administration: Administer pricing calculations for existing Mercator clients and support Mercator RFP teams for pricing proposals and other related inquiries and concerns.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree: A degree in Law, International Studies, or Business Management is preferred.
  • Communication Skills: Fluency in English (written and verbal) is essential, along with excellent communication skills.
  • Priority Management: The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced complex environment is crucial.
  • Flexibility: Flexibility, proactivity, and attention to detail are necessary qualities for success in this role.
