Job Description

We are seeking an accomplished Network Engineer to maintain and support our network infrastructure. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing network support, installing and troubleshooting computer network connectivity, and supporting end users in a dynamic environment.

Main Responsibilities:
  • To identify and troubleshoot issues on physical and logical layer services.
  • To configure and manage complex wide area networks, ensuring optimal performance and capacity.
  • To diagnose and resolve network problems, performing routine maintenance and upgrades as needed.
  • To collaborate with the network lead to optimize network configuration, management, and monitoring of assets.
  • To ensure that legacy systems and new systems meet respective technical requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A minimum of 3-5 years experience in routing and switching.
  • Experience in tooling and automation development, including zero touch and power-on auto provisioning.
  • Strong understanding of infrastructure protocols, IP addressing, and application protocols.
  • Versatility in mixed vendor environments and comfort with open source technology.
  • Expert level knowledge in support tools required to support such environments.
Qualifications
  • Graduate degree in Electronics Engineering or Information Technology, or related field.
  • Cisco Certified Network Associate.
  • 3-5 years of experience in Network Infrastructure.
  • Knowledge of wireless networks, Cisco, routing and switching, firewall, and network security.
