We are seeking an Accounts Payable Expert to join our finance team.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for processing invoices and expense reimbursements accurately and timely, reconciling vendor statements and resolving discrepancies, maintaining accurate accounts payable records and documentation, preparing and processing payments to suppliers and vendors, and assisting in month-end closing activities related to accounts payable. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounts payable processes and best practices, proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel, excellent attention to detail and organizational skills, strong communication and interpersonal abilities, and ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years experience in accounts payable or related field
  • Strong understanding of accounts payable processes and best practices
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
