Job Opportunity

We are seeking a Digital Marketing & Brand Design Specialist to join our team. This role blends digital marketing execution with brand design ownership, ensuring every campaign and creative asset is delivered on time, on brand, and driving results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality newsletters and build and optimize HubSpot campaigns, workflows, forms, and landing pages.
  • Create and publish social posts, collaborate with the video editor on video posts, write and format blog posts, and produce case studies.
  • Import leads from Salesforce, research ICP fit of all leads, and provide lead scoring & notes for the Business Development Manager.
  • Deliver creative assets, maintain the brand asset library, and create sales enablement collateral.
Requirements:
  • Digital Marketing Skills: Proven experience in HubSpot, campaign setup, workflows, and analytics.
  • Design Expertise: Strong skills in Canva and Adobe/InDesign tools for both digital and print design.
  • Content Creation: Confident creating and formatting blogs, case studies, and social posts.
  • Lead Ops Knowledge: Comfortable researching leads via LinkedIn, scoring, and preparing for sales.
  • Reporting Mindset: Strong with numbers, able to interpret campaign performance and suggest improvements.
Work Arrangement & Expectations:

This is a remote role that will be set up as an independent contractor engagement.

Successful candidates will be expected to disclose any existing ongoing roles or client work, reflect this engagement on their LinkedIn profile (clearly marked as 'Independent Contractor'), and use their own equipment.
